session_ended

HTTP 409 · retryable is false

Ending a session closes it: its open asks are cancelled, and new messages, answers and updates for it are refused. kabu session start refuses an --external-id whose session has ended in the same way.

What to do: start a new session, or send the message without one. See Sessions.
