HTTP 429 · retryable is true

The account went over a per-minute limit, such as 60 notifications a minute on Free, or over the number of asks or waits open at once. It also answers while an agent is paused after sending 20 near-identical messages within a minute. The Retry-After header says how many seconds to wait. This is the one code that is retryable.

What to do: wait Retry-After seconds and send the same request again, with the same Idempotency-Key. The limits are in Limits and in GET /v2.
