HTTP 409 · retryable is false

DELETE /v2/projects/{project} was refused: an API key that is neither revoked nor expired is bound to the project or to one of its agents. The response’s detail names those keys.

What to do: revoke the keys (DELETE /v2/api_keys/{key_id}, or Keys in the console), then delete the project again.
