HTTP 400 · retryable is false

Creating or changing a key would give it the power to send messages as an agent and to answer for a person at once. Kabu refuses that combination, so no single key can both ask and approve.

What to do: make two keys: an agent key that sends, and a service key that answers on people’s behalf. See Keys and scopes.
