media_not_ready

HTTP 400 · retryable is false

A message may attach only media that is uploaded, checked and ready, in the message’s own project. That way an ask is always about bytes that can no longer change.

What to do: wait until GET /v2/media/{media_id} reports ready (its wait holds until it is), then send the message. kabu send --file does this for you.
