# internal_error

> Something failed on Kabu's side. Retry with the same Idempotency-Key; if it persists, tell support with the request_id.

HTTP `500` · `retryable` is `false` · the server's own failure, whatever the request

The request was fine, and Kabu failed to handle it. Nothing was done twice: a request with an `Idempotency-Key`
either happened once or not at all.

**What to do:** retry after a short wait, with the same `Idempotency-Key`. If it keeps failing, write to
[support](/support) with the `request_id`.
